Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je obraditi problematiku osiguranja kvalitete izvedbe zavarenih spojeva uz ultrazvučnu kontrolu. Na početku rada opisane su greške u zavarenim spojevima te što je uzrok njihovom nastajanju. Također, proučavane su i metode ispitivanja materijala bez razaranja kao što su: metoda promatranja prostim okom, metoda penetrirajućim bojama, magnetska metoda i radiografska metoda. Dalje se opisuje fizika zvuka s naglaskom na razliku između longitudinalnih i transverzalnih valova te oprema nužna za ispitivanje takvih ultrazvučnih valova. U zadnjem dijelu rada objašnjava se ultrazvučna kontrola kroz opise metode prozvučavanja, ispitivanja odbijanjem ultrazvučnih valova, ispitivanja rezonancije ultrazvučnih valova kao i kontrole samih zavara.
Abstract (english)
The main aim of this paper is to address the issue of quality assurance of welded joints with ultrasonic control. At the beginning of the paper, defects in welded joints are described and what is the cause of their occurrence. Also, non-destructive testing methods were also studied such as: naked eye observing,the penetrating color method, the magnetic method and the radiographic method were studied. Furthermore,sound physics is described with emphasis on the difference between longitudinal and transverse waves and the necessary equipment to examine such ultrasonic waves. The last part of paper contains and explainsthe ultrasonic control through descriptions of the sonication method, ultrasonic wave resonance tests as well as the control of the welds themselves.
