Abstract
Tema ovog rada je interferencija svjetlosti. Na početku rada se opisuje pojam valne optike, a potom konstruktivna i destruktivna interferencija te razlika između koherentne i nekoherentne svjetlosti. Opisane su interferencija svjetlosti u bliskom polju te interferencija svjetlosti u dalekom polju. U teorijskom dijelu je razrađen Youngov pokus, najjednostavniji i najstariji eksperiment za dobivanje pruga interferencije, koji je izveo Thomas Young, kao i drugi pokusi za dobivanje interferencije: Fresnelova zrcala, Fresnelova biprizma, te Lloydovo zrcalo. Potom je opisana interferncija na tankom, prozirnom sloju te Newtonovi kolobari. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada je obavljeno mjerenje u laboratoriju, a odnosilo se na određivanje valne duljine crvene i zelene svjetlosti pomoću optičke rešetke, a potom je mjerenjem radijusa crvenih i zelenih Newtonovih prstenova, na slici uslikanoj mobitelom, a uvećanoj na računalu, približno točno određen radijus planparalelne leće u Newtonovim staklima.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is interference of light. At the beginning of the paper, the concept of wave optics is described, followed by constructive and destructive interference and the difference between coherent and incoherent light. Then, near-field interference of light and far-field interference of light are described. In the theoretical part, Young's experiment, the simplest and oldest experiment for obtaining interference fringes, performed by Thomas Young, as well as other experiments for obtaining interference: Fresnel mirrors, Fresnel biprism, and Lloyd's mirror are elaborated. Then, interference on a thin, transparent layer and Newton's rings are described. In the experimental part of the work, the measurement was performed in the laboratory, and it was related to determining the wavelength of red and green light using an optical grating, and then by measuring the radius of red and green Newton rings, in a picture taken by mobile phone and magnified on a computer, the radius of the plane-parallel lens in Newton's glasses was determined approximately.
