Abstract
Hidroelektrane su postrojenja koje iskorištavaju potencijal vode, odnosno pretvaraju kinetičku energiju vode u električnu energiju. Potreba za onovljivim izvorima energije je posebno izražena u zadnjim desetljećima uslijed ubrzanog razvoja i napretka tehnologije. Gradnja hidroelektrana je se pokazala vrlo korisnom, ali to nije lagan zadatak. Kroz rad smo mogli vidjeti kako se za gradnju hidroelektrane moraju ispuniti razni zahtjevi, od izbora pozicije za gradnju do vrste turbine. Količina proizvedene energije ovisi o visini pada, izboru turbine i količini protoka. Stoga moramo poznavati dijagram količine protoka, na koju utječe pozicija hidroelektrane, te osnovne karakteristike ugrađene turbine. Pri proizvodnji energije susrećemo se s dosta gubitaka koje moramo uzeti u obzir te se javlja nekontroliana proizvodnja. U tu svrhu nam pomaže automatizacija procesa proizvodnje. Automatizacija nam omogućava kontrolu procesa s jednog mjesta i sigurniju proizvodnju energije.
Abstract (english)
Hydropower plants are plants that exploit the potential of water, ie convert the kinetic energy of water into electricity. The need for renewable energy sources has been particularly pronounced in recent decades due to the rapid development and advancement of technology. The construction of hydroelectric power plants has proven to be very useful, but it is not an easy task. Through the work, we were able to see how various requirements must be met for the construction of a hydroelectric power plant, from the choice of construction site to the type of turbine. The amount of energy produced depends on the height of the fall, the choice of turbine and the amount of flow. Therefore, we must know the flow rate diagram, which is affected by the position of the hydropower plant, and the basic characteristics of the installed turbine. In energy production, we encounter a lot of losses that we have to take into account, and uncontrolled production occurs. To this end, we are helped by the automation of the production process. Automation allows us to control processes from one place and produce energy more securely.
