Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu se analizirao i rješavao problem pojave linija spajanja na blatobranu automobila Dacia Logan X52 koji rezultira estetski neprihvatljivim izgledom aspektnog dijela površine proizvoda. U prvom dijelu rada su se obradili polimeri kao materijali koji su sve zastupljeniji u automobilskoj industriji. U drugom dijelu rada se obradila tehnologija injekcijskog prešanja te su objašnjeni dijelovi procesa proizvodnje s naglaskom na dizajn kalupa kao najvažnijeg dijela procesa. Treći dio rada se bavi dizajnom proizvoda tj. tijekom razvoja proizvoda, ali i prijedlozima za poštovanje određenih pravila prilikom konstrukcije proizvoda. Četvrti dio rada je fokusiran na detaljan prikaz kalupa za brizganje kao i cjelokupni proces njegovog dizajna sa svim pripadajućim sustavima. Peti dio rada opisuje softver Autodesk Moldflow Insight i njegovu upotrebu. U šestom poglavlju su navedeni rezultati prethodnih pokušaja, a u posljednjem dijelu rada su prikazane simulacije koje su provedene u svrhu ovog rada tj. eliminacije problema linija spajanja.
Abstract (english)
In this master thesis, the problem of the appearance of weld lines on the fender of the Dacia Logan X52 car, which results in an aesthetically unacceptable appearance of the aspect part of the product's surface, was analyzed and solved. In the first part of the paper, polymers were processed as materials that are increasingly prevalent in the automotive industry. In the second part of the paper, the technology of injection molding was processed and parts of the production process were explained with an emphasis on mold design as the most important part of the process. The third part of the paper deals with product design, i.e. during product development, but also with suggestions for compliance with certain rules during product construction. The fourth part of the work is focused on a detailed presentation of the injection mold as well as the entire process of its design with all associated systems. The fifth part of the paper describes Autodesk Moldflow Insight software and its use. In the sixth chapter, the results of the previous attempts are listed, and in the last part of the work, the simulations that were carried out for the purpose of this work, ie the elimination of the problem of weld lines, are presented.
