Abstract
U radu je je analizirana propagacija milimetarskih valova u realističnom okruženju, zasnovana na aproksimaciji geometrijske optike. Posebno je zanimljivo prigušenje koje se javlja prilikom širenja milimetarskih valova kroz različite građevinske materijale u prostoru. Korišteni građevinski materijali su prozirno staklo, gipsane ploče, šperploča, akustične stropne ploče i betonski blokovi. U radu je anaitičkim postupkom izraženo prigušenje, a također je opisan i mjerni postav za svaku od frekvencija, kao i dobiveni rezultati mjerenja. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je model kanala za širenje milimetarskih valova, koji može biti u okruženju pravocrtne vidljivosti LOS (Line Of Sight) i polu-pravocrtne vidljivosti SLOS (Semi-Line Of Sight). Putanja direktnog milimetarskog vala je potpuna vidljiva u uvjetima LOS okruženja,a podvrgnuta sjeni nastaloj zbog ljudskih tijela ili drveća u uvijetima SLOS okruženja. Za oba modela prikazana je karakteristika gubitka puta, snaga primljenog signala, te vjerojatnosti pojave svakog stanja.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the propagation of milimeter waves in realistic environment, based on the geometrical opticks approximation. Particularly interesting is the attenuation that occurs during the propagation of millimeter waves through different building materials in space. The construction materials used are clear glass, drywall, plywood, acoustic ceiling panels and concrete blocks. In the work, the attenuarion is expressed using an analytical method, and the measurement setup for each of the frequencies is also described, as well as the obtained measurement results. In the second part of the work, the model of the channel for the propagation of millimeter waves is described, which can be in the environment of line of sight LOS (Line Of Sight) and semi-line of sight SLOS (Semi-Line Of Sight). The path of the direct millimeter wave is fully visible in LOS environment conditions, and subject to shadow caused by human bodies or trees in SLOS environment conditions. For both models, the characteristics of path loss, received signal strength, and the probability of occurrence of each condition are shown.
