Abstract
Tijekom izrade ovog završnog rada obrađena je problematika izrade sustava za registraciju korisnika Neoscan. Primarni cilj aplikacije je pojednostavniti postupak provjere validnosti ulaska korisnika na razne vrste javnih događanja i omogućavanje brzog tiskanja karata/akreditacija posjetiteljima. Administrator ima mogućnost uvida u registrirane korisnike, dodavanje novih korisnika na licu mjesta, kao i sustav provjere kroz skeniranje pripadajućeg barkoda dodijeljenog svakoj osobi. Ugrađene su određene mjere zaštite kako bi se spriječile potencijalne eksploatacije, odnosno višestruki ulazak na osnovu jedne osobe. Sučelje je bazirano na kombinaciji modernih web animacija i staromodnih neonskih znakova, a maksimalno je prilagođeno jednostavnosti i upotrebljivosti. Programski jezik Python čini okosnicu aplikacije, a prenosivost i skalabilnost postignuta je korištenjem Docker tehnologije i virtualizacijom.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of creating a multipurpose registration interface – Neoscan. The primary goal of the application is to simplify the process of checking the validity of user's entry to various types of public events and enabling quick printing of tickets/accreditations for visitors. The administrator has the option to view registered users, add new users on the spot, as well as a verification system by scanning the associated barcode assigned to each person. Certain protective measures have been incorporated to prevent possible exploitation, i.e. multiple entry on one persons' ticket. The interface is based on a combination of modern web animations and old-fashioned neon signs and is optimized for simplicity and usability. Programming language Python forms the backbone of the application, while portability and scalability are achieved using Docker technology and virtualization.
