Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je statistička kontrola kvalitete procesa injekcijskog prešanja. U prvom poglavlju ukratko su opisane kategorije proizvoda kao i svojstva fizički opipljivog proizvoda, te je definirana kontrola kvalitete. U drugom poglavlju prikazana je podjela postupaka preradbe polimera. Postupci obrade polimera ukratko su opisani. Treće poglavlje bavi se injekcijskim prešanjem, elementima linije za injekcijsko prešanje, kalupima, opremom kao i mogućim greškama koje se pojavljuju u procesu. U četvrtom poglavlju opisane su osnove mjeriteljstva. U petom poglavlju prikazani su rezultati mjerenja na uzorcima proizvoda. Nakon toga, provedena je statistička obrada podataka. Izračunat je indeks sposobnosti procesa. Izvedena je korelacijska i regresijska analiza. U šestom poglavlju konstruirane su kontrolne karte za praćenje procesa.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the thesis is statistical quality control of the injection molding process. In the first chapter, the product categories and the characteristics of a physical product are briefly described and quality control is defined. In the second chapter, the classification of polymer processing is presented. The polymer processing methods are briefly described. The third chapter deals with injection molding, the elements of the injection molding system, molds, equipment, and possible defects that occur in this process. The fourth chapter describes the basics of metrology. In the fifth chapter, the results of measurements on product samples are presented. After that, statistical data processing was performed. The process capability index was calculated. Correlation and regression analysis was performed. In the sixth chapter, control charts for process monitoring were created
