Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak visokotlačnog lijevanja u svim fazama nastajanja aluminijevog odljevka. Uvodni dio je vezan općenito za ljevarstvo kako bi se što bolje mogao razumjeti ostatak rada koji je vezan za visokotlačno lijevanje. Detaljno je opisan postupak pripreme aluminijevih legura čije su oznake prema DINu: 226, 231 i 239. U cijelom postupku pripreme najbitnije je prilagođavanje temperature prilikom transporta slitine iz ljevaonice prema centru obrade, kako ne bi došlo do naglog skrućivanja aluminijeve slitine prilikom ulijevanja u kalup (alat). Pri završetku procesa se provjeravaju poroznost i napetost koja su najbitnije u cijelom procesu visokotlačnog lijevanja. Drugi dio rada vezan je za proračun dijelova kalupa za visokotlačno lijevanje. Iako su u radu navedene aluminijeve legure prema DIN-u, za potrebe proračuna koristila se legura A383.
Abstract (english)
This final work describes the process of high-pressure die casting in all stages of aluminum casting. The introductory part is related to foundry in general in order to better understand the rest of the work related to high-pressure casting. The process of preparing aluminum alloys whose markings according to DIN are: 226, 231 and 239 is described in detail. In the entire preparation process, the most important thing is to adjust the temperature during the transport of the alloy from the foundry to the processing center, so that there is no sudden solidification of the aluminum alloy during pouring into mold (tool). At the end of the process, porosity and tension are checked, which is the most important part of the entire high-pressure casting process. The second part of the work is related to the calculation of mold parts for high-pressure casting. Although aluminum alloys according to DIN are listed in the paper, for the purposes of calculations, the alloy A383 has been used.
