Abstract
U radu se analiziraju radne karakteristike motora s unutrašnjim izgaranjem. Pojašnjen je princip rada brzokretnog četverotaktnog dizelskog motora sa pripadajućim dijelovima. Variranjem najutjecajnijih parametara, promatraju se promjene izlaznih radnih karakteristika. Analiza uzročno-posljedičnih veza radnih parametara vrši se uz promjene opterećenja. Na temelju rezultata dobivenih ispitivanjem, izveli su se zaključci i predložilo optimalno podešavanje utjecajnih parametara u cilju postizanja boljih performansi motora. Detaljno su obrađeni parametri: kompresijski omjer i srednji efektivni tlak kao jedni od najutjecajnijih parametara na rad motora. Objašnjen je način korištenja AVL Boost-a i podešavanje osnovnih varijabli. Prezentirani su rezultati provedenih simulacija te su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.
Abstract (english)
The document analyzes the operating characteristics of the internal combustion engine. The work principle of high speed four stroke diesel engine, with its associated parts, was explained. By varying the most influential parameters, changes in operating characteristics' output are being observed. The analysis of the causal connection of the working parameters is performed with load changes. Based on the test results, conclusions were drawn and optimal adjustment of influential parameters was suggested in order to achieve better engine performance. The parameters are processed in detail: compression ratio and mean effective pressure as one of the most influential parameters on engine operation. The way of using AVL Boost and adjusting basic variables were explained. The results of the performed simulations were presented and the appropriate conclusions were drawn.
