Abstract
Što su i koje su različite stvarnosti, te koji uređaji se koriste za implementaciju raznih stvarnosti. Opis hardvera, vrste primjene, sučelja i kako se razvijaju aplikacije za HoloLens uređaj. Koja je svrha i zašto je DICOM standard tako bitan za medicinske slike, te za koje se sve medicinske slike koristi. Temeljni koncepti DICOM standarda i PACS mreža koja se koristi za uspostaviti komunikaciju između dva ili više entiteta za snimanje medicinskih slika. Unity alat, njegovi osnovni koncepti, te kako ga postaviti za izradu aplikacija miješane stvarnosti za HoloLens 2 uređaj postavljanjem MRTK alata. Obrađeni su osnovni pojmovi i tehnike renderiranja volumena korištene u aplikaciji. Opisana je integracija aplikacije za renderiranje volumena i anotiranje dobivenih modela za Unity i HoloLens 2, opisane su značajke aplikacije, te kako koristiti ravninu za rezanje kao DICOM preglednik i za kraj performanse aplikacije te što na njih utječe.
Abstract (english)
What are different realities, and what devices are used to implement different realities. Description of the hardware, application type, interface and how applications are developed for the HoloLens device. What is the purpose and why is the DICOM standard so important for medical imaging, and for which medical imaging is it used. Basic concepts of DICOM standard and PACS, a network used to establish communication between two or more medical imaging entities. The Unity tool, its basic concepts, and how to set it up to create mixed reality applications for the HoloLens 2 device by setting up the MRTK tool. The basic concepts and volume rendering techniques used in the application are covered. The integration of the application for volume rendering and annotation of the obtained models for Unity and HoloLens 2 is described, the features of the application are described, and how to use the cutting plane as a DICOM viewer, and finally the performance of the application and what affects it.
