Abstract
Formiranjem proizvodnje kao individualne, odnosno proizvodnjom proizvoda prema željama kupaca, stvorili su se određeni zahtjevi suvremenog tržišta na koje aditivna tehnologija može odgovoriti. Proizvoditi u pravo vrijeme proizvod po želji kupca i uz to ispunjavati proizvodne zahtjeve za povećanjem učinkovitosti, smanjenjem vremena proizvodnje i zadovoljavanjem potražnje osnovni su preduvjeti plasiranja određene proizvodne tehnologije na tržište. Uz navedene proizvodne zahtjeve, potrebno je zadovoljiti i ekološke standarde. Upravo je aditivna tehnologija u stanju zadovoljiti oba zahtjeva i kao takva biti konkurentna na tržištu. Pored toga, prostora za napredak itekako ima u vidu smanjivanja cijene, uvođenja automatizacije i potrebne kvalifikacije radnike i upravo tu aditivna tehnologija mora ponuditi odgovore u budućnosti. Približavanje tehnologije svim ljudima osnovni je preduvjet za napredak, pa je tako bilo potrebno i postojeći 3D printer modificirati i nadograditi kako bi se omogućilo lakše i jednostavnije korištenje istim.
Abstract (english)
By forming production as individual, that means, producing products according to customer’s wishes, certain requirements of the global market are created that additive technology can respond to. Producing a product at the right time according to the customer’s wishes and meeting production requirements for increasing efficiency, reducing production time and meeting demand are the basic conditions for placing a certain production technology on the market. In addition to the mentioned production requirements, it is also necessary to meet ecological standards. Additive technology is able to satisfy both requirements and as such be competitive on the market. In addition, there is room for improvement in terms of price reduction, the introduction of automation and the necessary qualifications of workers. This is exactly where additive technology must offer answers in the future. Bringing technology closer to all people is a basic prerequisite for progress, so it was necessary to modify and upgrade the existing 3D printer in order to enable easier and simpler use.
