Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada dan je pregled osnovnih karakteristika frekventno reguliranih elektromotornih pogona. Zatim su u drugom poglavlju navedene osnovne karakteristike te su prikazani i objašnjeni strukturni blok dijagrami za korištenu upravljačku (EVAL-M1-101T) i energetsku (EVAL M1-MI 240-A) razvojnu pločicu. Upisivanje parametara elektromotora i nadzor nad njegovim radom provedeno je kroz dva softverska alata koja su opisana u trećem i četvrtom poglavlju. Prvi od njih je MCE Wizard u kojem korisnik korak po korak upisuje sistemske postavke te parametre elektromotornog pogona vezane uz rad sustava u cjelini. Na primjeru realizirane skripte u C kodu objašnjeno je skalarno (U/f) upravljanje strojem. Drugi alat je MCE Designer koji služi za parametriranje i upravljanje reguliranim elektromotornim pogonom te za analizu odziva procesnih varijabli sustava u grafičkom obliku. U petom poglavlju opisana je laboratorijska maketa koja se sastoji od objekta regulacije – trofaznog asinkronog kaveznog motora, makete energetskog pretvarača korištene za pogon tog stroja, strujnih i naponskih mjernih sondi priključenih na digitalni osciloskop te tahometra koji je korišten za mjerenje brzine vrtnje. Kako bi se potvrdila funkcionalnost napisane skripte te ispravnost podešenog skalarnog upravljanja provedena su mjerenja frekvencije, napona i struje za različite iznose brzine vrtnje uz različite iznose registra TrqBoost-a u stacionarnom stanju. U praktičnom dijelu rada također su snimljeni odzivi i u dinamičkim režimima rada pri čemu je kao referentan odabran primjer reverziranja elektromotora. Validacija sustava u cjelini napravljena je na način da su rezultatati procesnih varijabli snimljenih u MCE Designer-u izravno uspoređivani s rezultatima mjerenja dobivenim pomoću Handyscope HS5 digitalnog USB osciloskopa. Na temelju usporedbe rezultata u radu može se konstatirati kako su eksperimentalno potvrđeni teorijski modeli reguliranog elektromotornog pogona.
Abstract (english)
An overview of the basic characteristics of frequency controlled electric drives is given in introduction. Subsequently, in the second chapter, the basic characteristics, and the block diagrams of control development board (EVAL-M1-101T) and evaluation board (EVAL M1-MI 240-A) are presented and explained. Parametrization of the electric drive and monitoring of process variables were carried out through manufacturer supplied two software tools. Corresponding procedures are described in the third and fourth chapters. First application, MCE Wizard, is used for step-by-step system setup of evaluation boards and then configuration of entire electric drive. Furthermore, induction machine scalar control is implemented by C-code script. Second application, MCE Designer, is used for parameterization and control of electric drives, and for monitoring and evaluation of process variables responses. Description of the laboratory setup consisting of three-phase induction cage machine, frequency converter, current and voltage measuring probes connected to a digital oscilloscope and a tachometer used for measuring the speed of rotation is given in the fifth chapter. In order to validate the realized C-code script used for induction machine scalar control, frequency, voltage and current measurements were performed for various speeds using different TrqBoost register values at steady-state operation. Various responses were caried out in transient states while in experiment results section electric drive reversing was chosen as case study. The laboratory setup validation was performed by means of MCE Designer process variables responses comparison with measurements obtained using Handyscope HS5 digital oscilloscope. Based on responses comparison analysis presented in this thesis one can conclude that the model of electric drive has been experimentally verified.
